Today I had the pleasure of listening to Tina Tamboer, Senior Housing Analyst from The Cromford Report. She spoke mostly about what's happening within the Phoenix real estate market.
 
The data that she shared speaks volumes.
 
This is why it is critical to list your home at the right price from the start. If you're thinking "oh we can list high and come down later" unfortunately it does not work that way and you'll end up being a statistic like above in the chart.
 
Does this sound familiar? You're sitting at your kitchen table with an agent sitting across from you and your spouse. They go through the listing presentation, they give you a price to list and you think wow, that sounds amazing, where do we sign?
 
Then a week or two goes by with no offers and maybe a showing or two, because it's a fresh new house on the market, then those two showings become zero and you're thinking what happened?
